Payment Policies:

Most fills are $175 cash pay, plus a 1-time $40 first-time fee for new patients. (Hint: Keeping your band filled properly saves you money in food!)

Some insurance companies pay for lap band fills, but there are many stipulations and prior authorizations. Check with your provider. We require payment at the time of service for all fills until confirmation from your insurance provider indicates the fill is covered.

We will give you an insurance ready receipt for tax purposes or to submit to your insurance company.

Medicare and Medicaid have special pre-authorization requirements. Please call our office and speak to Cathy about whether your band fill can qualify.
