Dos:

  • Eat 3 meals a day composed of high quality foods
  • Allow 20-30 minutes to eat each meal
  • Chew each bite 30 times
  • Drink 60-100 oz. of liquid per day, non-calorie beverages
  • Exercise and take a vitamin supplement daily

Don'ts:

  • Don't drink with meals
  • Don't liquify your food, or drink high calorie beverages
  • Don't eat breads of doughy foods
  • Don't eat or snack between meals
