Dos:
- Eat 3 meals a day composed of high quality foods
- Allow 20-30 minutes to eat each meal
- Chew each bite 30 times
- Drink 60-100 oz. of liquid per day, non-calorie beverages
- Exercise and take a vitamin supplement daily
